Our Story

Founded in 1998, KawaToy has been dedicated to the R&D and manufacturing of electric plush toys for over 28 years. With deep industry expertise and vertically integrated production capabilities, the company provides one-stop solutions from concept development to finished products.

KawaToy offers comprehensive in-house capabilities including software programming, appearance design, mold development, injection molding, electronic integration, and plush sewing. This full supply chain integration enables efficient product development, stable quality control, and flexible OEM/ODM customization services tailored to global clients’ needs.

The company has successfully passed major factory audits and certifications including BSCI, SCAN, and CCC, demonstrating its commitment to quality, compliance, and social responsibility. KawaToy specializes in the development and manufacturing of children’s toys, animated plush products, and licensed IP merchandise.

Located on a 20,000-square-meter site with over 30,000 square meters of factory space, KawaToy employs more than 600 skilled workers, including dedicated teams for electronic assembly, sewing, and handcrafted production. The facility is equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment, including laser cutting machines, automated cutting tables, hundreds of sewing machines, and more than 20 injection molding machines.

With flexible production capacity and strong customization capabilities, KawaToy achieves an annual output exceeding 12 million units. Products are widely exported to Europe, North America, and domestic markets, making KawaToy a trusted manufacturing partner for many internationally recognized brands.

Injection Molding Department

Our factory has a dedicated Injection Molding Department equipped with over 20 injection molding machines.



The Injection Molding Department is responsible for producing plastic toy components and molds.

Electronics Assembly Department


The Electronics Assembly Department is responsible for assembling and testing electronic components used in electric plush toys and interactive products. Main tasks include PCB assembly, motor installation, wiring, sound module integration, battery box assembly, and functional testing. The department ensures product safety, stable performance, and quality consistency throughout the production process.

Laser Cutting Department


The Laser Cutting Department is responsible for the precise cutting of plush fabrics and materials used in toy production. Equipped with advanced laser cutting machines, the department ensures accurate pattern cutting, high production efficiency, and consistent material quality to support both sample development and mass production.

Sewing Department


The Sewing Department is responsible for stitching and assembling plush toy fabrics and components. Equipped with professional sewing machines and skilled workers, the department ensures strong workmanship, accurate shaping, and consistent product quality throughout the production process.

Handwork Department


The Handwork Department is responsible for manual processes such as stuffing, hand stitching, trimming, accessory attachment, and final product finishing. With experienced workers and careful quality inspection, the department ensures each plush toy meets appearance and quality standards before packaging.

Packaging Department


The Packaging Department is responsible for product inspection, labeling, packing, and carton preparation before shipment. The department ensures products are properly protected, accurately packed, and ready for safe transportation and delivery.

Quality Assurance Department


The Quality Assurance Department is responsible for monitoring and inspecting product quality throughout the production process. The department conducts material checks, functional testing, and final inspections to ensure all products meet safety, quality, and customer requirements.
